数独魔方契约精神

契约精神数独魔方团队成员均来自华人对冲基金，目标是为了华夏智慧能在残酷的全球对冲基金世界中崛起而努力。成为未来引领中国力量进入全球外汇市场的开拓者和领航者。
除美国市场外，所有签约基金合作的华人将享有一项重要的契约，内容是：与数独魔方团队合作的【投资合伙人】，完整履行相应的合作周期后【至少一年】，如果综合结算是亏损的。团队会与其建立一份新的契约，公司第二年会将所有净收益的30%，回补到前一年所有客户的所有亏损中去。
我们不承诺保本，但是【投资合伙人】对我们做到了承诺时间的契约，我们也会还一份承诺和责任，数独魔方团队坚信是不会离开这个行业的，我们也坚决不希望有【投资合伙人】以亏损的姿态离开我们！
满足回补契约精神的条件如下：1.【投资合伙人】第一年合作协议必须满足协议内以下所有内容：⑴包含完全独立托管，不得干扰交易，不提供交易密码和观摩密码；⑵由数独魔方团队指定平台。分散式投资，在主流平台均有交易账户；⑶必须满足一年的投资时间；⑷所有账户加入一手20美金的佣金，公司与【投资合伙人】各10美金分润，佣金利润不会计算在整体的收益之内。
2.【投资合伙人】第二年即使不合作也不会影响【回补契约】的签订。
举例一：2016年1月，李先生投入10万美金。2017年1月，结算时账面亏损10%。2017年1月，与公司和团队签订全额回补契约协议。2018年1月，公司统计2017年净收益10万美金，按协议拿出30%的利润【即3万美金】，来全额回补李先生在2016年的亏损。
举例二：当发生多位客户亏损时，会集中统计，不分先后，不分金额大小，按个人亏损金额占总亏损金额的比例回补，如第一年不够，则会累计到第二年，直到补齐为止。
致投资合伙人在全球投资行业，能提出契约精神的团队局指可数，数独魔方团队要做，就做到行业第一标准，坚持高标准高要求，共进退。最大限制的保障投资合伙人利益。
Spirit of Contract
All the members of Sudukuro team come from Chinese hedge funds, and the goal is work forhuaxia wisdoms to rise in the world of cruel global hedge funds. Then becomes the pioneer and leader in the future to lead Chinese forces into the global forex market.
Apart from usa market, all the Chinese partners signed with us will be guaranteed by the contract below;
All the partners cooperated with us, who fulfill the contract completely(usually a year’s period). If the balance of his trading account is in a loss status, we will establish a new contract with you that we won’t stopping paying next year’s 30% profits of our company back to all the loss accounts until you get all your initial funds back.
We don’t promise you breakeven, while you (all partners)did everything as the contract said. We will also make a promise that our team will never leave this industry , less hoping that our partners abandon us because of losses.
Terms and conditions of reimbursement agreement;
1.(Investment partners) the first year of cooperation agreement must meet all the conditions as listed below1. including fully independent funds trustee without any interventions of trading, and offering no trading & investor passwords.2. Trading platforms are chosen by sudukuro, Decentralized the investments, there are different trading accounts on the mainstream platform..3. Closure time: one year.4. All trading accounts will have a commission of 20 usd(per lot) ，each side will share half( the company and partner). Remembering that the commission won’t calculated in the overall incomes.
2.(Investment partners) It won’t have any effects on thereimbursement agreement even if you stop the cooperation with us.
Examples 1: Jan. 2016, mr. li invested 100,000 usd.Jan. 2017, the balance of his trading is losing of 10%.Jan. 2017, he signed fully return reimbursement agreement with the company.Jan.2018,the company’s net profits is 100,000 usd. Then it will take out 30%(30,000 usd) to fully pay back to mr. li(which was lost in 2016)
Example 2: When several clients loss, we will collect statistics , then reimburse for them one by one according to partners’ loss percentages. If the profits is not enough at the first year, it will be delayed to the second year. All losses is paid back as our reimbursement agreement said.
To Investment PartnersTime and compound interests are the greatest miracles . Sticking to the old rules of profits, letting the forex market be our atm. You will create a new career peak inadvertently.
